You’ll need: ⁣
✦ 1 cup Almond Flour⁣
✦ 1/4 cup Cocoa ⁣
✦ 3/4 cup Coconut Sugar⁣
✦ 1/4 cup Coconut Oil⁣
✦ Approx 1 cup Dark Choc Chips (1/2 cup for brownie mixture plus about 1/2 cup more for added gooeyness and to sprinkle on top) ⁣
✦ 3 Eggs ⁣
✦ Pinch of Salt ⁣

– Preheat oven to 180 degrees
– Put 1/2 cup choc chips and coconut oil in a bowl. Melt in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and put aside
– In a separate bowl add eggs and coconut sugar. Mix with beaters for 5 -7 mins or until it is fluffy
– Slowly stir in your choc/coco mixture until smooth
– Sift in flour, cocoa, salt and fold into mixture
– Stir through some more choc chips!
– Pour into a greased brownie tin, sprinkle a few more choc chips on top and pop in oven for 18 mins
