Arnott’s is rolling out a new range of Tim Tams at all major supermarkets around the country today.
The new Tim Tam Slams have been designed with a gooey centre to create a flavour explosion when a warm beverage is drawn through the centre, a process known as the ‘Tim Tam Slam’.
The Australian confectionery company’s food chefs tested different flavour combinations, beverage compliments and fillings to come up with three different flavours: Choc Malt & Sticky Caramel, Choc Hazelnut & Gooey Caramel and Dark Choc & Sticky Raspberry.
“We are excited to deliver what Australians have been asking for… a Tim Tam designed specially to Slam! We have been overwhelmed with consumers who enjoy doing, sharing and teaching the Tim Tam Slam and have been calling for a Tim Tam which enhances this ultimate indulgent biscuit ritual,” Matt Grant, Arnott’s marketing manager, Tim Tam said.
The Tim Tam Slams range was inspired by flavours that are great with warm beverages such as tea, coffee, warm milk and hot chocolate. Tim Tam Slams are available now and will be sold at all major supermarkets nationally.
